Club Meetings 2009 - 2010 The Booster Club meeting is held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the LGR 2, see below.October 6, 2009 November 3, 2009 December 1, 2009 January 5, 2010 February 2, 2010 March 2, 2010 April 6, 2010 ***LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION *** In the LGR 2 - Enter the Franklin entrance, go straight through to the 2nd hall on the right. Wrestling Spirit Wear Once again the Black Knight Mat Club will be selling Spirit Wear. As there are so few high school home matches we are making more items available on a pre order basis. Items will also be sold at home high school matches but smaller quantities will be on hand. The boys have been shown the clothing after a recent practice to help make their choice easier.
Fundraising: Giant Grocery Store Gift Card Program The Hempfield Black Knight Mat Club will be participating in the Giant Grocery Store gift card program as an on-going fundraiser for all levels of wrestlers. They will be sold in dollar amounts of $20 and $5 and available at the new spiritwear store near the concession stand at all High School home matches. Dates will be set for the cards to be sold after junior high and elementary practices and possibly at matches. Watch for notices coming home with the kids. The gift cards look like a credit card and are to be swiped just like a mac/credit card at the register. For every gift card purchased, Giant will donate 5% of the value to the Mat Club. A $20 gift card is good for a $20 purchase at all Giant Grocery Stores for 18 months after the card purchase. Inactive cards past the 18 months will have a $2 deduction each month until the card is at a zero balance.
